Refund Policy

At Community Talent Partners, LLC, we strive to provide high-quality consulting, learning, and advisory services to our clients and partners. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services, including workshops, events, consulting engagements, and training programs.

Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase or booking a service with us.
 

1. General Policy on Refunds

As a service-based business, we do not offer refunds for completed consulting services, strategic advisement, or custom project deliverables. Refunds may be considered for prepaid or upcoming services under certain circumstances, as described below.
 

2. Workshops, Courses, and Events

Refunds for paid workshops, training sessions, and public events are subject to the following terms:

  • Full Refund: Available if cancellation is made at least 7 business days before the event start date.

  • Partial Refund (50%): Available if cancellation is made between 3–6 business days before the event start date.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Note: If an event is rescheduled or canceled by Community Talent Partners, full refunds or alternative participation options will be offered.
 

3. Custom Consulting Engagements

Due to the tailored and time-intensive nature of consulting services, we do not issue refunds for:

  • Work already performed

  • Retainers or deposits once the engagement has commenced

  • Missed client meetings or delays caused by the client

Project deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once work has begun. If the client cancels a project before work has started, a refund may be granted minus a 10% administrative processing fee.
 

4. Digital Products and Downloadables

Digital resources such as e-books, toolkits, or templates are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
 

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us in writing at billing@communitytalentpartners.com with the following details:

  • Full name

  • Contact information

  • Service or event name

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for the refund request

All refund requests will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.
 

6. Exceptions and Discretion

We reserve the right to issue or deny refunds at our sole discretion, including in situations involving unforeseen hardship or technical errors. We are committed to fairness and transparency and aim to resolve refund inquiries in a respectful, client-focused manner.
